I hope that you love your new item, but sometimes things don't work out and you might need to return something.
If you want to return an item, please email me at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange everything.
Refunds are processed on receipt of the item which must happen within 30 days of the original sale date.
Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
If your item arrives damaged, please accept my apologies and email me within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item and order number. I will sort everything out from there.
Please do not return damaged items without prior arrangement.
Cancelling an order
If you contact me before the item has been dispatched, I can cancel your order for you. Instagram or DM is the best way. Failing that, an email with subject: "URGENT".
If the item has already been dispatched, I will treat it as a normal return (see above).
Please note gift cards and goods bought with them are non-refundable. If you are not happy with your purchase, paid for with one of our e-gift cards, I can arrange an exchange, but no credit can be given.
