Delivery

  • Please note that delivery timescales are estimates. Find out more about delivery on the delivery page.

  • Although I will make every effort to deliver within the delivery time specified on the website, I cannot guarantee this due to unforeseen circumstances such as a global pandemic (!), courier or supplier issues.

  • I regard your delivery as complete when the items have been delivered to the address provided by you.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup in and around the Haywards Heath/Lindfield/Lewes area can be arranged, select "Local Pickup" at checkout to avoid postage costs, and I can arrange something.

Returns & Refunds

General Returns Terms & Conditions:

  • Please note: we do not offer a free returns service, you are responsible for the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed in writing (in the case of damaged goods, see returns page for more information). I will not refund you for your postage costs.

  • Please check your item carefully upon receipt of delivery because damage items notified after 48 hours will not be refunded.

  • If you want to return an item, please email me at info@tenclarence.com  within 7 days of receipt to arrange everything.

  • All returned items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.

  • You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

  • When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds are processed on receipt of the item which must happen within 30 days of the original sale date. 

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • Please email me at info@tenclarence.com within 24 hours of receipt of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and order number. Please do not return damaged items without prior arrangement.

  • This policy applies only to items purchased online via our website.

Other Important Return Information:

  • I cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

  • All refunds will be processed in £GBP, within 48 hours of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account. Number 10 Clarence cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in foreign exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. Please consider this before placing any overseas orders.

  • Please note that my products are only intended for use in a domestic setting. None of my products are certified for use in a commercial environment.

  • If used in a commercial environment this will void my returns policy.

Gift Cards:

  • Please note Gift Cards and goods bought with them are non-refundable.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, paid for with one of our e-gift cards, I can arrange an exchange, but no credit can be given.
